What’s included in each membership?

Each membership has its own combination of live classes, On Demand access, or Lift Lean™ content. Please check the membership descriptions above to see exactly what is included in each option.

Do all memberships include On Demand videos?

No — only selected memberships include access to the On Demand libraries.

Memberships that include On Demand access will clearly state which library they give you access to:

Regular On Demand library

Lift Lean™ On Demand library

Both libraries (depending on membership level)

How often are new On Demand classes added?

For memberships that include On Demand access:

Regular On Demand: 5 new classes added every month

Lift Lean™ On Demand: 6 new 20-minute Lift Lean™ sessions added monthly

If your membership includes one or both libraries, you’ll automatically get access to newly added classes.

How long are the workouts?

Workout length varies depending on the style and membership option:

Lift Lean™: around 20 minutes

Regular On Demand: typically 30–45 minutes

Live classes: vary depending on the timetable

You can check class lengths within each library or live schedule.

Are the workouts suitable for beginners?

Yes — all classes are designed with options so beginners and returning exercisers can start safely. You don’t need to be fit or flexible to begin.

Can I do the workouts anywhere?

Yes. Live and On Demand options can be accessed from home, on holiday, or anywhere with an internet connection. All you need is a phone, tablet, laptop, or smart TV.

What equipment will I need?

Most classes use minimal or no equipment. A mat and light-to-medium dumbbells are helpful, especially for Lift Lean™, but alternatives are usually given.

Can I switch or upgrade my membership later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or change your membership at any time. Your new level of access will begin from your next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

Because members receive immediate access to digital content and/or live classes, we cannot offer refunds. You’re free to cancel at any time, and you’ll keep access until the end of your paid month.

Are results guaranteed?

Every body responds differently, so no programme can guarantee results. What we can guarantee is high-quality, supportive, and professionally programmed workouts to help you build strength, confidence, and consistency.
